Bytomic – Boxing & Martial Arts Equipment
Bytomic has been supplying martial arts equipment since 1991. The British brand offers a broad range of gear and fightwear for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA and other martial arts – from boxing gloves and protective equipment to fight shorts and training apparel.
At KHUNPON, you can shop Bytomic Martial Arts Equipment for beginners and experienced athletes. The brand is particularly interesting for fighters looking for functional training gear with an attractive price-performance ratio.
Bytomic – Martial Arts Experience Since 1991
The story of Bytomic began in the UK in 1991, when a Taekwondo World Champion and instructor identified a need for high-quality martial arts sparring equipment.
Over the following decades, Bytomic developed into an established supplier within the British martial arts industry. Today, the company's expertise covers a broad spectrum of disciplines including boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Taekwondo, karate and other martial arts.
This broad approach is also reflected in the selection of Bytomic products available at KHUNPON.
Bytomic Boxing Gloves
Bytomic Boxing Gloves are one of the key product groups within the current range. Different models provide options for boxing, kickboxing and other striking-based combat sports.
At KHUNPON, you can find boxing gloves from ranges such as Red Label, Axis, Performer and Performer Carbon Evo. Available Oz sizes vary depending on the individual model.
This allows you to choose your Bytomic boxing gloves according to your training purpose, body weight and the requirements of your coach or gym.
Bytomic Boxing Gloves for Training & Sparring
The right boxing gloves depend primarily on how you intend to use them. Gloves for regular sparring can have different requirements from gloves mainly used for heavy bag or pad work.
Several Bytomic Boxing Gloves are available in common weights such as 10, 12, 14 and 16 Oz, giving athletes different options for their regular training.
When choosing gloves for sparring, always follow the recommendations and requirements of your coach or gym.
Bytomic MMA Gloves
Alongside traditional boxing gloves, Bytomic also offers MMA Gloves for mixed martial arts and related training.
The open-finger construction of MMA gloves provides greater freedom for gripping, clinching and grappling compared with traditional boxing gloves.
Different types of MMA training can require different gloves. More heavily padded MMA sparring gloves, for example, serve a different purpose from lighter gloves intended for other forms of training or competition.
Bytomic Shin Guards
For kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA, shin guards are an important part of your protective equipment for many partner drills and sparring sessions.
Bytomic offers shin guards such as the Axis V2, combining protection for the shin and instep in a construction designed for striking-based martial arts.
When choosing your shin guards, pay particular attention to the correct size and a secure fit. They should remain as stable as possible during training without unnecessarily restricting your movement.
Bytomic Protective Gear
The Bytomic range extends beyond gloves and shin guards. The brand offers various types of martial arts protective gear for different disciplines.
Depending on current availability at KHUNPON, the selection includes products such as:
- Headgear for appropriate sparring sessions
- Shin Guards for kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA
- Foot Guards for different kicking and point-fighting disciplines
- Elbow Guards for appropriate training sessions
- Groin Guards for additional protection
The protective equipment you need depends on your martial art, training type and the requirements of your coach or gym.
Bytomic Headgear
Bytomic Headgear can form part of your protective equipment for appropriate sparring sessions. Models such as the Axis V2 provide an option for athletes looking for head protection for regular martial arts training.
When choosing headgear, pay particular attention to the correct size, a secure fit and sufficient visibility during training.
The appropriate type of headgear should always be selected according to your combat sport and training requirements.
Bytomic Kickboxing Gear
Kickboxing is one of the disciplines for which Bytomic offers a particularly diverse selection of equipment and apparel.
Alongside boxing gloves and protective gear, the current KHUNPON range includes dedicated Bytomic Kickboxing Pants and foot guards.
This allows kickboxers to combine several parts of their training equipment within the Bytomic range.
Depending on your ruleset and gym, a kickboxing setup can include boxing gloves, shin and foot protection, a mouthguard and additional protective equipment.
Bytomic Muay Thai Gear
Bytomic also offers equipment and fightwear for Muay Thai. Boxing gloves and shin guards can be combined with traditional Muay Thai shorts to create a practical training setup.
Muay Thai shorts use a shorter and wider cut than many conventional sports shorts, providing freedom of movement for kicks and knees.
The current KHUNPON selection includes Bytomic Red Label Muay Thai Shorts in different colors and sizes.
Bytomic MMA Fightwear
For MMA, Bytomic combines training equipment with functional MMA Fightwear. The current range includes products such as MMA Fight Shorts and Rashguards.
MMA shorts are designed to provide freedom of movement for striking and ground-based training, while rashguards are worn close to the body and are suitable for grappling, MMA and other intensive training sessions.
This allows you to combine Bytomic MMA Gloves with suitable fightwear from the same brand.
Bytomic Red Label
Red Label is one of the recurring product ranges within the Bytomic collection. At KHUNPON, the line covers several areas of martial arts equipment and fightwear.
The current selection includes products such as Red Label Boxing Gloves, Muay Thai Shorts, MMA Fight Shorts, Rashguards and protective equipment.
This makes Red Label particularly interesting if you want to combine several pieces of your martial arts setup within one Bytomic range.
Bytomic Axis
The Bytomic Axis range also covers several areas of combat sports equipment.
At KHUNPON, you can find products such as Axis V2 Boxing Gloves, MMA Sparring Gloves, Headgear and Shin Guards.
This provides several options for combining your gloves and protective equipment within a coordinated Bytomic range.
Bytomic Performer
The Bytomic Performer range offers further options for regular martial arts training.
At KHUNPON, the selection includes products such as Performer Boxing Gloves, Performer Carbon Evo models, groin guards and dedicated kickboxing apparel.
Rather than choosing solely by product range, consider the intended use, size, material and individual specifications when selecting your equipment.
Bytomic Boxing Gloves for Kids
Bytomic also offers dedicated Kids Boxing Gloves for young martial artists. Models such as Axis V2 and Performer Carbon Evo are available in smaller Oz sizes.
Depending on the model, the current range includes smaller sizes such as 4 Oz and 6 Oz.
The appropriate glove size should not be chosen based on age alone. Body weight, hand size, training type and the coach's recommendations should also be considered.
Bytomic Martial Arts Gear for Kids
Alongside boxing gloves, Bytomic offers additional protective gear for young martial artists. Depending on current availability, this includes products such as dedicated kids elbow guards and other equipment in smaller sizes.
Correct sizing is particularly important for children. Protective equipment should fit the athlete's current proportions rather than being deliberately purchased too large simply to allow room for growth.
Use the individual product's size information and follow the recommendations of your child's coach when choosing their equipment.
Which Bytomic Gear Do You Need?
The right equipment depends primarily on the martial art you train:
- Boxing: boxing gloves, hand wraps and, depending on your training, a mouthguard and headgear
- Kickboxing: boxing gloves, shin and foot protection plus additional protective gear
- Muay Thai: boxing gloves, shin guards, Muay Thai shorts and appropriate protective equipment
- MMA: MMA gloves, fight shorts, rashguards and additional protective gear depending on your training
If you are just getting started in a new martial art, ask your coach which equipment is actually required before purchasing a complete setup.
Bytomic for Beginners
Bytomic is particularly interesting for athletes looking for functional martial arts equipment with an attractive price-performance ratio.
If you are new to combat sports, your first equipment does not necessarily need to consist of the most expensive products available. Correct sizing, appropriate protection and choosing equipment suited to your actual training are more important.
With a broad selection of gloves, protective gear and fightwear, Bytomic also allows you to expand your setup as your training develops.
