We process your order within 24 hours once payment has been received or your purchase on account has been approved. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Yes. If you checked out as a guest, you will still receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped. However, you will not be able to track the order through a KHUN PON customer account.
