Returns
You have 30 days to return your order. Returns are free of charge for private customers within Germany.
How to return your order
- Pack your items: Include the return slip from your order in the parcel. This helps us identify and process your return more quickly.
- Create your return label: Use our DPD returns portal to create your free return label for returns from Germany.
- Send your parcel: Attach the DPD return label and hand your parcel in at a suitable DPD drop-off point.
- Receive your refund: Once your return has been processed, we will refund the amount to your original payment method.
International Returns
If you are returning an order from outside Germany, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send your parcel with sufficient postage to the appropriate return address below.
Austria and other European countries
Returns from Austria and other European countries should be sent with sufficient postage to our return address in Germany.

Once your return has arrived and been processed, we will refund the relevant amount to the payment method you originally used for your order.

You have 30 days to return your order. Items must be in good condition. Clothing may be briefly tried on to check the size and fit.
Returns are free for private customers within Germany. Please use our DPD returns portal to create your return label. For returns from outside Germany, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size or product variant you would like.
Returns are usually processed within 7–10 days. Once your return has been processed, we will issue the refund to the payment method originally used for your order.
Once your return has arrived and has been registered in our system, you will receive a confirmation by email.
No. Only new and unworn items can be returned. Clothing may be briefly tried on to check the size and fit. All original labels and tags must remain attached to the item.
