The Venum Contender Training Shorts give you lightweight comfort and plenty of freedom of movement during intense training sessions. Designed for men, they are suitable for combat sports and cross-training, while the regular fit keeps them comfortable throughout your workout. The lightweight performance fabric is made for demanding sessions.
An elastic waistband with drawstring provides a secure fit. The side slit and stretch panel give your movements extra room, while the above-the-knee length keeps the cut practical for training. Screen-printed Venum branding on the thigh completes the look.

Wash after training
Training shorts should be washed soon after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. -
Gentle machine wash
Turn the shorts inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can affect the performance of the fibers. -
Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect the material's elasticity, shorten its lifespan, and damage any prints (if present). -
Do not iron
Most training shorts are made of technical fabrics that can be damaged by heat. -
Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaning agents can damage the fibers and fade the color of the material.
