Training jacket should be washed soon after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. -

Turn the jacket inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can affect the performance of the fibers. -
Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect the material's elasticity, shorten its lifespan, and damage any prints (if present). -
