The MANTO Fight Shorts LOGO DUAL combines freedom of movement, comfort, and durability for intense training in MMA, grappling, no-gi, and other combat sports. The lightweight, tough material withstands heavy use while keeping you comfortable. Thanks to the elastic waistband with a drawstring, the shorts stay securely in place, and the anti-slip gel strips on the inside provide extra grip. Side slits allow for unrestricted movement during kicks, takedowns, and ground fighting. A handy inner pocket rounds off the functional design. The high-quality sublimation print stays vibrant even after many washes.

Care instructions
To keep your MMA fight shorts durable, lightweight, and shape-retaining, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Sweat, bacteria, and residues should be removed promptly to avoid odors and material wear. - Gentle machine wash
Wash at a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and skip fabric softener to protect the functional fibers. Turn the shorts inside out before washing to protect prints, logos, and Velcro areas. - Close the Velcro (if present)
Always close the Velcro before washing to avoid damage to the fabric and other clothing items. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended, as heat can affect the material and elasticity. - Do not iron
Heat can damage synthetic fibers as well as prints and coatings. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaners shorten the lifespan and attack colors and materials.
