The RINGLIFE Origin Rash Guard was developed for intensive training sessions in MMA, BJJ and grappling. The durable 4-way stretch material provides excellent freedom of movement and adapts to your movements during training.
Mesh panels on the upper chest and shoulders improve airflow and provide a comfortable feel, especially during intense training sessions. The grappling grip technology at the hem helps prevent the rash guard from riding up during training.
The functional fabric supports moisture management and helps keep the body dry and the muscles warm. Avoid contact with Velcro fasteners.

To keep your rashguard's fit, elasticity, and functionality long-lasting, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Rashguards should be washed promptly after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. - Gentle machine wash
Turn your rashguard inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can damage the fibers. - Wash with similar fabrics
Avoid washing with rough materials, e.g., boxing wraps with Velcro, to prevent friction and damage. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect elasticity and fit. - Do not iron
Heat can damage the synthetic fibers. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaning agents attack the material and shorten its lifespan.
