Lightweight, flexible and made for dynamic movement, the Venum Galactic 3.0 is designed for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training. It gives beginners and more experienced martial artists plenty of freedom to move, while heat-sealed side slits and a Lycra crotch insert support fast, wide-ranging techniques.
The durable fabric is suited to regular training sessions. A mesh insert adds to the functional design, while the hook-and-loop closure helps keep the fit secure. Bold Venum graphics, a screen-printed logo and sublimated patterns give the Galactic 3.0 its distinctive look.

To keep your MMA fight shorts durable, lightweight, and shape-retaining, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Sweat, bacteria, and residues should be removed promptly to avoid odors and material wear. - Gentle machine wash
Wash at a maximum of 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and skip fabric softener to protect the functional fibers. Turn the shorts inside out before washing to protect prints, logos, and Velcro areas. - Close the Velcro (if present)
Always close the Velcro before washing to avoid damage to the fabric and other clothing items. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended, as heat can affect the material and elasticity. - Do not iron
Heat can damage synthetic fibers as well as prints and coatings. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaners shorten the lifespan and attack colors and materials.
