The Venum No-Gi 6.0 Long Sleeve Rashguard supports you during intense Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training as well as competition. Its compressive bi-stretch fabric provides muscle support and freedom of movement during ground fighting. The long-sleeve design also helps reduce mat burns and friction-related injuries.
The colors and design comply with official IBJJF competition rules. Reinforced seams are suited to demanding sessions, while an internal silicone band helps keep the hem securely in place. A crew neck and sublimation print complete the functional design.

Care instructions
To keep your rashguard's fit, elasticity, and functionality long-lasting, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Rashguards should be washed promptly after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. - Gentle machine wash
Turn your rashguard inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can damage the fibers. - Wash with similar fabrics
Avoid washing with rough materials, e.g., boxing wraps with Velcro, to prevent friction and damage. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect elasticity and fit. - Do not iron
Heat can damage the synthetic fibers. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaning agents attack the material and shorten its lifespan.
