- Air it out after training
Let the waist belt dry completely in a well-ventilated area after each use. Do not store it damp in your gym bag. - Clean regularly
Remove sweat and dirt with a soft, slightly damp cloth. If needed, you can use a mild cleaning detergent. - Do not wash in the washing machine
The waist belt should only be cleaned by hand. - Keep Velcro fasteners clean
Regularly remove lint and dirt from the Velcro fasteners to keep them closing reliably over time. - Store dry
