Instructions for fitting the mouthguard:
. Bring water to a boil, remove pot from stove top and let stand for about 8 seconds to allow water to cool a little
. Put mouthguard into hot water for about 20 - 30 seconds
. Take out the mouthguard with a fork or spoon
. Mouthguard in the mouth take and bite nicely (Hot water first let drip off, otherwise danger of burns)
Do not bite too hard, otherwise there is a risk of biting through the mouthguard
. Help it along with your fingers to get a nice firm impression of the teeth everywhere
. If it fits well, immediately put in cold water
. Done... if he still does not sit optimally, you can otherwise start again at No. 1
