Thanks to its large face, the original CENTURY boxing dummy "" Bob XL "" offers perfect training options for a variety of different techniques.
The material properties are similar to those of the human body - the blows / kicks are absorbed optimally and look absolutely realistic.
Due to the long upper body, the standing punching bag is particularly suitable for kickboxing techniques. The human torso shape enables realistic punch combinations.
Thanks to the practical height adjustment, the Bob XL can be individually adapted to your own training needs.
The new model has a different muscular pattern, a larger CENTURY logo on the belt and smoother pants!
