Your grappling dummy!
Grappling dummies are used in many different martial arts, including wrestling, jiu-jitsu, luta livre, MMA, judo, and even wrestling. Our dummy is ideal for practicing various grappling exercises such as throws, takedowns, submissions, and grappling techniques, which serve to control the opponent's movements. Various self-defense techniques can be realistically performed with this grappling dummy, and a feeling of the opponent's body weight can be felt.
It has reinforced and laced seams at stress points. Equipped with movable arms for self-defense and submission exercises. The thick-cut vinyl ensures long-lasting durability, even if you make your dummy suffer!
