Its seams are extra strong to prevent tearing, offering maximum durability and safety during powerful punching training. It is filled with textiles and, like all our punching bags, is a "Scanned Bag" (electronically checked for metal objects). The punching bag is suitable for all ages and abilities, from amateurs to professionals, and can be used both in the gym and at home.
