I started training in 2011 at the age of 14. My first discipline was K-1 (kickboxing).
Remaining undefeated in BKFC, winning the 2025 TBL Hybrid Boxing Championship, becoming German K-1 Champion in 2019 and being the first and only German woman to compete in Power Slap.
Fightclub. I'm not sure whether the brand still exists, but their gloves were available to buy at my gym at the time.
RINGLIFE, BOXRAW and Everlast.
I currently train with my coach Eduard Müller at Müller Boxing.
During every warm-up before a fight, I ask myself why I'm putting myself through it and swear that I'll never fight again. But as soon as I start walking toward the ring, all of those thoughts disappear and I become genuinely excited to compete.
After the fight, I always want to get straight back in and do it all over again. It's basically a complete emotional roller coaster every single time.
Trust your instincts and don't allow bad managers or coaches to convince you to make decisions that aren't right for you. Most importantly, never sell yourself short or accept less than you're worth.
"Thank you for forcing me to take my first fight.".
When I was 16, I didn't actually want to compete. I only wanted to train for fun. My coach recognized my talent and more or less signed me up for my first fight without giving me much of a choice. After that, I was completely hooked. 🙏🏼
BKFC and Power Slap.
Mike Tyson.
A stick my coach can hit me with whenever I forget to keep my guard up. 😂
Serious answer: high-quality focus mitts and an air bike. 💪🏼
