Slawa Spomer – German Professional Boxing on the International Stage
From a local boxing gym in Heilbronn to the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York, Slawa Spomer has built an impressive professional boxing career through discipline, technical excellence and years of relentless dedication. The southpaw super welterweight has established himself as one of Germany's leading professional boxers, consistently competing at the highest level of international boxing.
The foundation of his success was built during an outstanding amateur career. Slawa competed in more than 150 amateur bouts, fought in Germany's 1st Boxing Bundesliga and became German Middleweight Champion in 2016. After turning professional in 2018, he quickly climbed the rankings, capturing multiple national and international championships while competing on some of boxing's biggest stages.
Among his professional achievements are the German BDB Championship, the IBO Intercontinental Title, the WBO European Championship, the WBO Global Title and the WBA Intercontinental Championship, which he won after stopping the previously undefeated French boxer Milan Prat.
A defining milestone came in February 2025 when Slawa made his U.S. debut at the legendary Madison Square Garden, facing highly regarded contender Xander Zayas. Even after that demanding challenge, he demonstrated his trademark resilience by returning to the ring with another impressive stoppage victory.
Slawa represents professional boxing at the highest level. His journey has taken him from national championships to international title fights and ultimately to one of the most iconic venues in combat sports—the Madison Square Garden.
Despite all of his success, Slawa has remained humble, approachable and dedicated to continuous improvement. Those qualities perfectly reflect the values of Team KHUNPON, and we're proud to support him throughout the next chapter of his professional boxing career.

I had my first boxing training session when I was 11 years old and I never left. Before that, I had tried football, handball and gymnastics, but none of them truly suited me. After moving to a new town, I was looking for something different, and that's how I discovered boxing.

In spring 2026, I opened my own boxing gym, FYT.LAB, in Künzelsau, Germany. That's where I do all of my training today.
I've never considered myself the most naturally gifted fighter. I've simply always been a kid with big dreams who learned early in life to never give up. Growing up without a father taught me resilience and the importance of fighting for everything I wanted to achieve.
Never doubt yourself and never stop believing in your dreams. Every skill can be learned if you're willing to work hard, stay disciplined and remain consistent.
Thank you for all your patience.
Honestly, I don't have one. I simply enjoy great boxing, no matter where it takes place.

A boxing gym should always be fully equipped. Nothing is more important than having the right tools to train properly. As for your own essentials, a quality pair of boxing gloves and a mouthguard should always be part of your gear.
