The Venum G-Core short sleeve rashguard works as a lightweight yet durable second skin for grappling, striking and demanding training sessions. Its compression fit combines moisture-wicking 4-way stretch fabric with unrestricted movement and a secure close-to-body feel.
Designed for Jiu-Jitsu, BJJ and MMA, the lightweight perforated jersey sleeves add breathability during training. Reinforced flatlock seams help reduce friction, while the silicone gripper at the hem keeps the rashguard securely in place. Sublimated graphics and screen-printed logos complete the sporty G-Core design.

Care instructions
To keep your rashguard's fit, elasticity, and functionality long-lasting, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Rashguards should be washed promptly after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. - Gentle machine wash
Turn your rashguard inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can damage the fibers. - Wash with similar fabrics
Avoid washing with rough materials, e.g., boxing wraps with Velcro, to prevent friction and damage. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect elasticity and fit. - Do not iron
Heat can damage the synthetic fibers. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaning agents attack the material and shorten its lifespan.
