The Venum No-Gi 6.0 Short Sleeve Rashguard is designed for Jiu-Jitsu and MMA athletes who want a close, supportive fit for training and competition. Its compressive bi-stretch fabric supports your muscles while allowing comfortable freedom of movement during intensive ground fighting.
The IBJJF-compliant design follows official competition rules. Reinforced seams add durability, while the inner silicone band helps prevent the hem from rolling up. The rashguard also helps reduce mat burns and injuries caused by friction during demanding grappling sessions.

Care instructions
To keep your rashguard's fit, elasticity, and functionality long-lasting, please follow these care instructions:
- Wash after training
Rashguards should be washed promptly after training to remove sweat, bacteria, and odors. - Gentle machine wash
Turn your rashguard inside out before washing. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it can damage the fibers. - Wash with similar fabrics
Avoid washing with rough materials, e.g., boxing wraps with Velcro, to prevent friction and damage. - Do not tumble dry
Air drying is recommended. High temperatures can affect elasticity and fit. - Do not iron
Heat can damage the synthetic fibers. - Do not use bleach
Harsh cleaning agents attack the material and shorten its lifespan.
