The innovation of the Instant Custom Fit is the unique type of adjustment that ensures that the fit and comfort of the mouthguard comes so close to a custom fit mouthguard, i.e. a mouthguard that a dentist fits directly for you, that you can hardly tell the difference will notice. The two supplied clips are placed around the mouthguard when fitting. After heating it up in a water bath, bite into the mouthguard with your upper jaw teeth and bite down on the white braces. As a result, there is no damage to the mouthguard below, which could bother you later. Furthermore, the serrations of the white braces close around those of the black braces where your mouthguard is. These serrations, in turn, fit very tightly around the mouthguard and are tightened around the mouthguard by your biting movement. As a result, the PowerFit nestles snugly around your teeth and fits like a glove.

Our patented dual compression cage utilizes Hyperflex technology, harnessing the power of the jaw to create a perfect mouth model. This is where the patented, unique lamella technology from Opro comes into play. With Opro, there is no gel inside the mouthguard shell, but raised lamellae (fins). These fins are then spread by the teeth as you adjust in hot water and wrap around the bit for maximum protection. This prevents excess gel, which usually escapes to the side with standard mouthguards, from interfering with the fit and comfort.

The innovative stretch zones (three small indentations distributed over the edge of the mouthguard) also ensure that the shell can expand with a wide bit and contract with a narrow bit. Thus, the perfect mouthguard will come out for everyone.
